Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 January 2026
Structo Construction respects the privacy of everyone who contacts us, requests a quote, or simply browses this website. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
If anything here is unclear, write to us at contact@structo.com and a person, not an autoresponder, will answer.
Information We Collect
We only collect information that helps us respond to you or improve the site. That falls into two groups.
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, project location and any details you include in an enquiry or quote request.
- Information collected automatically: browser type, device type, pages visited and time on page, gathered in aggregate so we can see which parts of the site are useful.
How We Use It
Your information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver a project you have commissioned, and meet our legal and insurance obligations. We also use aggregate site statistics to decide what to improve.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and every newsletter carries a working unsubscribe link.
Sharing With Third Parties
We share your details only where a project genuinely requires it, and only the minimum needed.
- Subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, limited to the details they need to do their work.
- Professional advisers such as architects, engineers and building control officers involved in your build.
- Regulators or authorities where we are legally required to disclose information.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies: one to remember your cookie preference, and analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used. None of them identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some preferences will not be remembered.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Project records are kept for the statutory period required for construction contracts and insurance, typically twelve years from practical completion.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request to contact@structo.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Enquiry data is stored on access-controlled systems, and project documentation is held on encrypted storage. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority without delay.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will also be emailed to active clients.
