These terms govern your use of the Structo Construction website and set out the general basis on which we quote for and carry out work. A signed contract for a specific project always takes precedence over anything written here.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You may browse, print and download material from this site for your own use or to share internally within your organisation. You may not republish it commercially, present it as your own work, or use it to train an automated system without our written permission.
We keep project descriptions, service details and indicative prices as accurate as we can, but the site is marketing material rather than a contractual offer. Prices shown in packages are starting points and vary with scope, site conditions and specification. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quotation until it is issued in writing and signed.
Written quotations are valid for thirty days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. A project begins only once a contract has been signed by both parties and the initial payment has cleared.
You may cancel a contract in writing before work commences, subject to reimbursement of design fees, permit costs and materials already ordered on your behalf. Once construction has started, cancellation terms follow the schedule set out in your signed contract.
Completed work carries twelve months of defects cover from the date of practical completion, and structural elements are warranted for ten years. These warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised alteration, lack of maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
All designs, drawings, photographs, logos and written material on this site belong to Structo Construction or our licensors. Drawings produced for your project remain our intellectual property until the relevant fees are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use them for that project.
This site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the relevant Structo office is registered, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
